At present, they are seeking an experienced Operation/Facilities Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This company has a long standing good reputation within the industry. This Company is looking to continue its development as such they know require an Operation/Facilities Manager to join the team.

The Key Requirements
You will need to have experience in managing retail site. Have at least 3 years experience in managing hard services. You’ll also need to have:-
- Understanding of Building regulations, CDM knowledge, and Project planning
- Managing PPM & reactive maintenance
- Managing Budget management and service level charge
- Managing M&E subcontractors
- Knowledge of Hard Services such as HVAC, plant room
- H&S management & compliance
- Managing landlord & tenants
- Developing & Building customer relationship
BIFM qualifications (desirable)
