Are you a Customer Service Manager based in Bath/Wiltshire looking for an exciting new opportunity?

Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Manager for a bespoke client of ours based in Wiltshire.

The Company

My client is recognized in the South West for its exclusive homes with a reputation for luxurious specification and premium quality. The Company specialises in the construction of outstanding individual homes in idyllic settings within the Bristol, Bath & Wiltshire areas.

Their homes are individually designed and before planning permission is sought, the designs are rigorously evaluated, not only for the aesthetics and suitability of the property for its intended environment, but also the functionality and practicality of day to day use. The innovative and dynamic approach to these designs result in a far higher specification for the customer than would be found in comparable developments.

Due to their continued success and expansion, they are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Manager with considerable property experience who understands the house building process.

The Opportunity

The role will involve meeting with a variety of clients and professionals to ensure the ultimate delivery of their quality homes to a predetermined time schedule. You will be required to meet with clients on a regular basis to advise on design details for their new property, this will range from tiles, kitchens, doors and overall interior matters so it is essential that you have a keen eye for detail and have experience in interior design.

Key Requirements

You will be an organised individual and be familiar with coordinating the sales process receiving regular updates from solicitors and agents, keeping all parties up to date. The candidate will need to demonstrate excellent IT skills, be articulate, have a strong educational background with good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, to enable the integration of this role with the construction, planning and land teams, as well as their valued clients.

Whilst not essential, knowledge and an understanding of legal title documentation and contract enquiry process would be advantageous.
