CELEBRATING 1ST YEAR ANNIVERSARY FOR ENGINEERING. It has been an exciting week in the Kingston Barnes office. Justin Reynolds is celebrating his first-year anniversary with us and in turn this means we are also celebrating 1 year of Technical Engineering at KB.
It has been a fantastic 1st year and the team has grown from strength to strength. Within the past 12 months Justin has been joined by Peter Cawthorne and Dan Peace which make up team Engineering. They have broken records, smashed through every target set and they don’t appear to be slowing down any time soon! Massive congratulations to Justin and the team.
Justin said ‘to look back at what we have achieved in only a year is something I am immensely proud of. With James and the wider KB teams support, I have been able to grow a team in my image in an industry that I am very knowledgeable and passionate about. Dan and Pete have been great additions to the KB team and really buy into what I am building here within the Engineering and Manufacturing division. We are one of KB’s fast growing and most profitable divisions and I can only see this going from strength to strength in years to come’
We were thrilled when Justin Reynolds joined the Kingston Barnes team to head up Manufacturing, Service and Technical Engineering.
Justin joined us having spent nearly 10 years with the firm in this sector. Justin is a skilled and experienced permanent recruiter working with companies primarily within Service, Manufacturing and Technical Engineering industries. Justin has strong relationships with key decision makers within blue chip organisations and the SME market place, understanding their business and developing bespoke recruitment solutions depending on the clients needs.
Justin Recruits technical and engineering professionals from technician and engineer level to senior managers and directors across all engineering disciplines.
